Team Swap Shares - We Must Celebrate!

Sharing the swap card of my fearless leader, Lorri Heiling, from our weSTAMP Team Meeting Monday night.  I think this is just adorable and wouldn't it make a sweet baby card too, just change the sentiment on the tag!  Blue or Pink!

I'm going to guess at the measurements, since I left it at the office with the other swaps to show off to my work stampers.

Recipe:
Whisper White Thick Cardstock - 8 1/2" x5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Powder Pink (I think) - 5 1/4" x 4 - scored with Simple Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Whisper White Tag  - with Scalloped Tag Topper and Banner Triple Punches and a Circle Punch.

The cute little bunny comes from the 2018 Occasions Catalog called We Must Celebrate.

Ribbon - 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon in Powder Pink (that's why I think the Paper is Powder Pink!)

Awesome Job Boss!  I think I'll be making these for sure!

Thank you for looking in today.  Heading to bed (early for me) after a long election day in Maricopa County.  It was a slow day, those can be worse than the long hard ones sometimes!

Happy Hump Day!

Springtime Foils with Stampin' Blends

If you are waiting for later to check out the Springtime Foils, don't wait too long.  These papers are absolutely gorgeous!!  Besides, they are FREE with a $50.00 purchase during Sale-a-bration which ends the end of March, 2018, so don't wait!

Add some Stampin' Blends colors - you don't even have to know how to do any fancy coloring -  simply color it in and it will be beautiful.  I only used the Dark Pink Pirouette, but I did go over some areas twice which darkened it up a bit.  Same with the Rich Razzleberry (below), but I only used the Light Rich Razzleberry.

I'm CASEing this idea from Patty Bennett, but I changed up my coloring and the ribbon.  It was just too pretty not to play with.  On Patty's she only colored one flower and left the rest white and it was pretty, but I wanted more color so I colored it all.  Dark Pink Pirouette for the flowers and Light Old Olive for the leaves.

The dots and the outlines on this paper is copper and it is just so much more beautiful in real life.

Inside I added a bit of the Springtime Foils leftovers.

Recipe:
Pink Pirouette - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Springtime Foils DSP - 5 1/4" x 4"
Pink Pirouette - Die Cut with Layering Circles (scallop)
Whisper White (inside) - 5 1/4" x 4"
Whisper White 1/4" Organza Ribbon

I enjoyed making the first one so much, I had to make another!  Here it is again in Sweet Sugarplum cardstock, but coloring with Stampin' Blends - Light Rich Razzleberry and Light Old Olive.  Also changed is the ribbon to 3/8" Metallic Edge Ribbon in Berry Burst.

Look at the beautiful shine!

Thank you for looking in today!  Happy Monday and Team Meeting Day!  I'll do my best to post something tonight for tomorrow morning, depending on how late I'm out with the girls!  :)

Tri-Panel Birthday Card

It's Birthday Time!  My youngest son is turning 32 on Sunday, how is that even possible?  I think I say that every year, but every year I think it all over again.  Ha!

We're going out for lunch today though and celebrating a day early.  With his night shift hours we squeeze in time when we can.  I'm totally looking forward to today!

Recipe:
Chocolate Chip - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
Pear Pizzazz - 5" x 3 3/4"
Coffee Break Designer Series Paper (cut 3) - 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"

Whisper White - Sentiment - I stamped the sentiment from Truly Tailored and punched it with the matching punch, then trimmed it with my snips up to the line, then punched another from Chocolate Chip.

I popped up the panel layer with Stampin' Dimensionals and also popped up the sentiment and mat with Dimensionals as well.

Inside:  Whisper White - 5 1/4" x 4" - stamped with another stamp from Truly Tailored.

Check out the back.  I always put a stamp on the back so people know I made the card.  When using a dark cardstock, most inks just don't show up, so I'll usually cut out a small piece of Whisper White or Very Vanilla and stamp on that and attach.  This time, I decided to work with the fun punch that came with this bundle.  I love how it turned out!!

Oh, one more thing... my heart was set on using the Designer Series Paper True Gentleman but I managed to order the cardstock instead of the DSP... Argh!  So, as you can see, the Coffee Cafe paper works pretty good!

Thank you for looking in today!  Have a blessed Saturday!
